Join us as we celebrate another incredible milestone at the 6th Annual Jake’s Journey Home Benefit Event—an evening rooted in connection, compassion, and the belief that hope truly grows here. An Evening with Jake’s Journey Home – 6th Annual Benefit Event Taking place on August 14, 2026, from 5:00–9:30 PM at the Folsom Community Center, this special night brings our community together to support our unhoused and at-risk veterans and community members on their journey toward healing, stability, and renewed purpose. 

This year’s theme, “Hope Grows Here,” reflects the life-changing impact made possible through your support. Every connection formed, every story shared, and every dollar raised helps cultivate hope for our friends and families we serve. Great music and a vibrant atmosphere A delicious dinner provided by our amazing friends at O’Connors As our only major fundraiser of the year, this event plays a vital role in sustaining our programs and expanding our reach within the community. 

🎤 We’re excited to welcome back Doug Thomas from 96.9 The Eagle as our host and emcee, bringing his energy and enthusiasm to guide us through the evening. 

🎤 The incredible Derek Clark, owner of the Boardwalk in Orangevale, will be building excitement for our Fund the Need campaign as our auctioneer! 

🎶 Music throughout the night will once again be curated by the wonderful Nicole Shuman, setting the perfect tone for celebration and connection. Whether you’re joining us for the cause, the community, or the experience, come as you are and be part of something meaningful.
