
Chamber Operations and Membership Sales Coordinator
The Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to serve as the Chamber Operations & Membership Sales Coordinator. As part of a small two-person team, this individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the Chamber. From member sales, engagement to event execution and financial processing, this role touches on all facets of our organization and is vital to our success in serving the local business community.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Chamber office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Drive membership growth by actively recruiting new members and retaining existing members.
Retain and recruit new sponsors for our events.
Oversee member relations, billing, and invoicing.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of Chamber events and programs.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Track membership metrics, accounts receivable, and assist with financial goals.
Maintain and update Chamber systems, tools, and communication platforms.
